Of Your
Dream Home
The information intake during the previous stage will be applied to the initial layout planning and design conceptualisation at this stage. Towards the end of this stage, you can look forward to our proposed concepts. Expect continued dialogue and discussions as we improve and refine the plan details according to your needs.
Expect further development and refinement of your floor plan as well as selection of home-use equipment, accessories, fixtures and material finishes for carpentry work. By the end of this stage, 3D images will be presented.
At times, this phase may overlap with the Design Development Stage above if/when necessary to maximize efficiency. Nevertheless, most significant decisions would have been made, and everything is brought to life in this stage. Prepare to watch the home of your dreams manifest when you visit for site viewings.
Permanent fixtures go up, painting is completed, furniture moves in, touch ups are carried out and loose ends tied up. The dust has finally settled and a new life awaits you.

Project
Initiation
This is the discovery stage where we define overall aims and goals pertaining to your custom home. We learn about your needs, dreams and plans for your new home. Sometimes we are requested to attend final property viewings before its new home owners seal the deal. Thereafter, we gather and obtain all the information necessary for us to proceed with an accurate quotation (like relevant measurements, site surveys and documentation of existing conditions, etc.).
